David Polsky is a rabbi, educator, and Kashrut professional living in the Detroit Metropolitan area with his wife and two daughters. He also serves as a Scholar-in-Residence for Congregation Beit Levitz and serves on several local committees including the Coalition for Black and Jewish Unity Advisory Committee, the Detroit Jews for Justice freedom team, and the Limmud Michigan steering committee. Before moving to Michigan, he served as rabbi of Congregation Anshe Sfard in New Orleans for five years. He received his rabbinical ordination from Yeshiva University.
